This allows customers, clients and partners to see first hand their builds under construction, but also allows us the flexibility to tailor solutions to your requirements.

OUR CONSULT PROCESS

One of the corner stones of the centre focus for our business is our processes. A successful business will always prioritize processes and clear guidelines for all key stakeholders including, staff, suppliers and especially our customers.

  1. Consultation - We meet to discuss your requirements and outline the key objectives and metrics of expectation for all parties.

  2. Purchase and Design - Once satisfied contracts are agreed and signed, design work commences and up to 3 variations are created over at time period.

  3. Enter production and manufacture stage - We begin construction of your project and get to work!

  4. Hand over and Delivery - Upon final inspection and sign off from all parties your new vehicle is ready to go to its new home!

  5. Aftersales and Servicing - we continue the relationship with the ability to look after your servicing and caravan needs.

At Elross we pride ourselves on striving for quality. Part of this methodology is ensuring that the products we produce for the Australian public not only meet regulatory standards such as the ADR’s and the relevant Component and Type approvals under the New RVSA legislation, but they also conform to our stringent quality management systems and checks we have in place with in our business operations and on our factory floor.

Having systems management processes in place not only provides a high quality product but also ensures we can be efficient, environmentally friendly, and be well structured and engineered to develop our products further and work under the Kaizen principles of Continuous improvement strategies for the company now and long into the future.

It also allows us to learn, change and manage our teams and processes far more effectively and the end result for you the customer, is a better product overall.

  • Lead Director

    Declan brings Seventeen years of involvement in the vehicle body building and caravan manufacturing industry. Declan began his career as a Vehicle Body builder with Coromal Caravans in Perth's Forrestfield production facility in 2006. Learning both the manufacturing process of production as well as opportunities in various business and managerial roles with the company, Declan was always looking for ways to implement positive change and new ideas into the industry, and in June 2015 made the move with the acquisition of Elross Caravans. Declan quickly set out to develop new methods of construction, re-branding and re-building the company, whilst also keeping Elross's core values as a quality and heavy duty manufacturer.

    Declan also completed his diploma of Business in 2022 in an effort to transition into a better leader for the business. Declan steers company into the future with passion, fun and determination, while striving to push forward the brands continued improvement towards excellence.

  • Lead Supervisor

    Regan joined Elross Caravans in 2015 and brings over ten years experience in recreational manufacturing and light metal fabrication.

    Regan's career began at Coromal Caravans working as a production line worker, learning various skill sets before eventually pursuing a career in metallurgy working for RCR engineering as a heat treatment specialist. Regan's high engineering skillset, problem-solving capabilities and strong leadership, leaves the workshop team in safe and reliable hands.

  • Accounts Manager

    Acacia brings over twelve years of Office experience with her and has been an invaluable team member at Elross since joining in 2015. High proficiency in accounts receivable and payable as well as expert usage of data entry and a Cert IV in Human Resources, ensures a stable ship in the front office. Some say she is the back bone of the company!

  • Technical Designer

    Naz's life is all things design. Anything automotive is his passion, along with LED architecture. Naz joined us in 2021 to boost our professionalism in unique and bespoke design concepts as well as assisting with compliance and also stream lining production aspects in the factory with highly technical and informative plans. Naz shares Elross's focus of sustainable Caravan construction and local manufacturing.

  • Senior Production Technician

    Wade has over thirteen years of experience in mobile home, caravan and site accommodation construction, starting his career with Fleewood Transportables and Coromal Caravans before moving to the Elross team in late 2015.

    Wade’s experience in the manufacturing industry is valued greatly on the workshop floor and ensures jobs are finished to a high and reliable standard.

  • Cabinet Maker

    Tyler Brings nearly 5 years’ Experience as cabinetmaker and master craftsmen. Tyler’s main line of work is overseeing cabinetry construction and installation, but his ability to stand back and evaluate on the fly makes Tyler a versatile and valued colleague at Elross Caravans.

  • Administrator

    Dayna has a background in childcare and management and is a fresh face around the Elross Factory. Dayna has a bright and bubbly personality and is ready to help you onsite or over the phone!

  • 12V Auto Electrical Technician

    Justin is our Qualified Auto Sarky and brings 7 years of automotive electrical experience with him to Elross. With a great eye for detail, always looking to improve his work and our products, Justin has been a great addition to our team and is always happy to say hello.

  • Apprentice Fabricator

    Completing the second set of Brothers with in Elross is Hayden. Hayden started with Elross in 2023 as our Fabrication Apprentice. With a high level of organization and tactful skill, Hayden is a great addition and member of our Elross Community and provides the workshop with reliability and quality work.

  • Lead Fabricator

    Tim joined Elross is 2018 as our first Apprentice and left the business in 2020 to find work closer to home. in 2023 Tim returned to Elross Fully qualified and ready to lead our Workshop team. Tim brings a high level of attention to detail, organization and accuracy to our fabrication team and is tasked with ensuring the fab shop is operating smoothly and at its best.

  • Sales and customer experience coordinator

    Erin has been a great team member of Elross over the past 5 years, originally filling the role of our administration in which she excelled before deciding to spend some time with family. Erin returned to Elross in 2023 with a new expanded role with in Elross to plan, organise and conduct our sales, meetings and your general experience with Elross. Erin is fun, detail oriented and structured and is your point of contact for all sales and meetings at Elross caravans.
