Tailored to conquer Australia’s toughest terrains and conditions, Your in house fabricated Elross off road Chassis is built with Ausmills Duragal steels. Coupled with the knowledge and expertise of Cruisemaster suspension provide a formidable combination. ECXF models are available with XTF Air-bag suspension systems.
The key design element of the Elross Chassis is the use of full box tube support rails that intersect the X axis main bearers that run the entire length of the van. This enables for a clean and strong chassis that offers both torsional rigidity and flexibility, rolled into the one platform. Couple this with a lengthy draw bar design philosophy and carefully calculated axle position helps Elross to create one of the safest, strongest and best towing chassis on the market.
ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Life on the open road and remote regions can be long and tiring so when Elross set about design our family range it is important the van had separate zones for living spaces. This way everyone can enjoy their own luxurious experience in peace. Comfortable bedding utilising WA made mattresses, spacious ensuite combinations and even room for the laundry. The Elross family range has a model that will suit your needs.
HARD BODY EXTERIOR
Find the road less travelled with confidence. Elross’s Body building technique is unique in the market place, utilizing our own EPS panel core and Colourbond steel for our roof and wall construction. 50mm in thickness our panels provide superior strength and thermal properties for our harsh WA climate.
External moulds serve not only an aesthetic purpose but provide structural rigidity to our advanced body technology. Our body building’s primary function is to ensure the chassis, floor and walls all work together as a load bearing structure, not our furniture.
